I got stuck on the M7 this morning with two punctured tyres and Mick from Jim's Mobile Tyres was fast and professional and gave me a option of various tyre brands at competitive prices and got me mobile again fast. I'll certainly use Mick and Jim's tyres again. John O

Normally don’t write reviews but Brodie (Melton) was amazing. Had a screw in a tyre and had no time to take it to the shop. Was initially unsure whether it was repairable or needing a new tyre but Brodie came on very short notice and was very professional. Service and pricing were good. Will definitely call Brodie again in the future, highly recommend

Was very fortunate to come across Frank when calling around for tyre repairs. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and was genuinely committed to ensuring that the car was safe and future-proofed. I am rarely compelled to leave reviews on google but I couldn't commend Frank highly enough.

I came back after attending an interstate wedding to find my tyre has gone flat and found the valve stem has cracked. Called Jim's Mobile Tyre and Frank came within half an hour of contacting the reception. All 4 valve stems have to be replaced (previous tyre shop didn't replace them when put on new tyres). Frank gave me a good price. He also found a long screw lodge diagonally in another tyre which he remove and plug it with no extra charge! Just like the other reviewers said, Frank was polite, very professional and efficient. I am super impressed and will definitely call him again if I need any tyre service.

Came and helped me in a bind after my tyre flattened from a screw. Came out early morning the next day and fixed it in like half an hour. Cost about 99 dollars but considering how much of a nightmare it would have been to take the car in to fix, a worth while price since they come to you.

Five stars is not enough. After a night shift with a client at their home I walk out to find my tyre deflated. Called Jim’s mobile tyres and the receptionist was friendly and quick. Not long after I received a call from Frank who’s customer service was outstanding from that very moment until the moment we said goodbye and I drove off. Soo friendly, quick, knowledgeable and patient. I felt so bad because it was pouring down with rain. But Frank did not seem phased at all by the weather. Still smiling and saved me a whole lot of money thinking I needed a new tyre but with his knowledge I was lucky to just need a patch repair and seal. The whole process was smooth and very quick. Thank you so much Frank. Amazing service I definitely know who I will be calling again.

Absolutely fantastic service!!! I accidentally hit the curb and got two punctures! James from Jim's tyre service (Wallan) was absolutely fabulous. Called me as soon as I got off the phone to Jim's tyre service and sorted everything for me very promptly and at a much better price in an emergency than I would have expected. What a great service! I got a flat tyre by 5:40, rang RACV couldn't do anything, 6:20 called Jims, 7:30 got it fixed. 8:15 smooth driving. Thank You very much Moe. You guys are life savers.

Fantastic service, quick and efficient. Lovely to have Mark fix my tyre and he managed to get my make/model within a few hours of me booking the call. The best part was the delight I got when I opened the boot and he had put the spare tyre back in its place and left everything neat and tidy... So unexpected and just lovely customer service.

Got a call from Frank who diagnosed the issue over the phone, I sent some pics to confirm the tyre was okay, just the valve stem. Frank came over as advised, and fixed it all up, A1 service style, all done, within 15 minutes. Frank is amazing, a professional through and through. Friendly as well as courteous. Called up several tyre shops on a Saturday to see if anyone can squeeze me in to fit my tyres and no luck, put in a free quote online with Jim's and got a reply in 15 minutes and the technician was at mine 30 minutes later!! Ali was meticulous and orchestrated and very careful as my wheels and tyres that I bought where very expensive, from the initial quote all the way to the end it was painless and very streamline so a major kudos to Jim's mobile tyres and Ali for an amazing experience!!!
